Michael Toner first established his plumbing business, M.Toner Plumbing & Heating Ltd, in 2009 — working for independent housing developers throughout London. Over the years, a growing team of mechanical engineers came together under Michael's direct lead, taking on larger-scale projects for national housing developers.
