About Us

Michael Toner first established his plumbing business, M.Toner Plumbing & Heating Ltd. in 2009, working for independent housing developers throughout London. Over the years, a growing team of mechanical engineers have come together under Michael’s direct lead, seeing the company take on several projects for national housing developers on a larger scale.

The growth of knowledge and expertise within the team enabled M.Toner Plumbing & Heating Ltd to provide a fully integrated mechanical package for each project ranging from pre-contract measurement and pricing all the way through to post-contract service and maintenance. 

More recently, the establishment of an electrical division under the Toner umbrella has seen the company rapidly expand. Now providing specialist multi-disciplined M&E building services across both residential and commercial sectors, M.Toner Plumbing & Heating Ltd became Toner Mechanical & Electrical Ltd in 2022.
