Full refurbishment of a £67,000,000 house in St John’s Wood which saw Knowles Developments take on excavation of a double basement to allow for the installation of indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a health centre as well as an underground car park, serviced by an external car lift.

Full mechanical fit out including the supply and installation of multiple Air Source Heat Pumps, a fully operational plant room with a cold water booster, water tank and softener as well as underfloor heating throughout. All custom made sanitaryware installed by Toner M&E.
