A residential development on the outskirts of Watford consisting of 45 apartments across 2 blocks as well as 55 two and three bedroom houses. Just under 50% of the properties on this development were handed over to Watford Community Housing.

All domestic plumbing, heating, drainage and gas works throughout both apartment blocks and all houses. This included the installation of gas boilers to all residences as well as a cold water booster and individual hot water cylinders to both apartment blocks.
