A repurpose build which turned the previously active station house of Canonbury Overground Station into a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom split level apartment across 3 floors.

Full mechanical fit out including the installation of above ground drainage, a gas boiler, hot water cylinder and water softener as well as underfloor heating throughout. All bespoke bathrooms were individually designed by Toner M&E with the client to ensure all family member’s needs were met.
