Wickside is a canal-side project on the edge of London’s Olympic Park which will provide around 500 homes, from apartments and penthouses to garden studios and terraced houses. At over 7 acres it is the largest single ownership site in Fish Island. Wickside seeks to create a high quality mixed use quarter which will retain existing heritage assets

Toner M&E Package:

Our scope of works for this project include BCWS distribution (above and below ground), HDPE fusion weld drainage, full apartment fitouts and basement ventilation across over 20 blocks, as well as MVHR and ASHP ventilation works. Toner will also be responsible for the complex BMS package across the development.
